Lead Qualification Representative

Responsibilities include:
The lead qualification role will manage the early stages of the sales process through prospect selection, cold calling, activity tracking, reporting and scheduling for Rally's sales organization.
This will be accomplished by qualifying needs and professionally articulating Rally's value proposition. Sources include marketing programs, seminar/events, web site downloads and inbound contacts from the web, phone and email as well as navigating through large complex accounts, identifying and engaging with the right technology decision makers.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in a technology environment.
- Phone and cold calling experience at must.
- A strong desire to build sales skills and advance sales career along with drive and ambition for success and achieving goals.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- High aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills.
- Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Talent for interacting with people at all levels.
- Strong computer and Internet skills. Salesforce experience a plus.
