Customer Success Engineer - Intern/Entry Level

What we're looking for:

Junior or Senior Computer Science/Engineering students to work as part of our customer success team. An ideal candidate would have a combination of academic and real world experience.

Responsibilities will Include:

  • Works as part of a high performance team to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues
  • Creates and delivers customer tool and methodology training
  • Advises customers on tool and methodology implementation
  • Writes technical documentation
  • Participates in projects to improve support capability and systems deployment
  • Helps us beat the developers in foosball

Qualifications:

  • Superior problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment to solve complex issues
  • Interest in acquiring deep product and methodology expertise; experience with software development, requirements management and/or Agile methodologies a huge plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot web browser technologies
  • Java and .NET skills desired, understanding of Web Services a plus
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Demonstrated ability to have fun required
  • Any previous customer software support a plus
