Finance Intern

What we're looking for:

Candidate for a summer internship to support business sustainability. Help build the business case and tools for software companies to "green" their operations. Package the business case and tools for free download and usage by other software firms beyond Rally. Help determine the things that can work today as part of tenant improvement packages, or in the future with incentives.

This work will include data center, office building, and transportation analysis. In addition to doing the research, building the tools and applying them at Rally, you will help our teams connect with appropriate non-profit organizations to benchmark our work and gain additional ideas.

This internship reports the CTO and works with Rally's "Green Team" and "Community Responsibility Team" to help us make data-driven decisions on how to green our company and industry. Hours for the summer are flexible. This is a paid internship.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong spreadsheet and writing skills as well as be comfortable operating as a team member
• Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow through
• Awesome sense of humor
