IT Intern

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a sharp, innovative IT intern to work with our in-house IT staff. Help us build our infrastructure to meet our growing company while providing top-notch customer service to all our local and remote employees.

Responsibilites will include

• Assist IT staff with user account maintenance and daily user issues with email, Office applications, etc.
• Build/image new workstations, laptops and servers
• Assist IT staff in developing content for internal Wiki
• Work with external vendors to manage supply orders
• Assist with low-level network problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Assist with migrating equipment and services to new campus
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• A passion for learning new technologies and a desire to build a career in systems administration
• Building/imaging computers across a wide range of operating systems and hardware configurations
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous windows administration experience a plus
• Linux administration skills a plus
• Network management skills a plus
• Web authoring/development skills a plus
