Rally Software Development Hires Agile Software Veteran Jean Tabaka to Lead its Customer Advisory Service
Tabaka's expertise in collaborative software development methodologies will help Rally clients successfully adopt Agile / iterative development practices
BOULDER, Colo., Aug 2, 2004 - Rally Software Development Corp., a provider of on-demand software development management solutions, today announced it has hired veteran Agile software development methodologist Jean Tabaka as Customer Advisor. In this role, Tabaka is responsible for mentoring software development organizations on how to effectively adopt Agile / iterative practices that result in increased development productivity and shorter release cycles.

She has created and implemented both rigorous and Agile methodologies for Qwest Communications, Siebel Systems, Sybase Inc. and numerous smaller firms, including the FastIdeas Internet accelerator. She is a Scrum Certified Master, a Certified Professional Facilitator, a member of the Project Management Institute and a founding member of the North American Consortium of the Dynamic Systems Development Methodology (DSDM). She also is co-author of a book on physical database design and currently is writing a book on collaboration practices for software development projects.
