BOULDER, Colo., September 9, 2008 - Rally Software Development Corp.®, the #1 partner for Agile success through its family of products, coaching and community support, has been ranked in ColoradoBiz Magazine's "Best Companies to Work for in Colorado." Grabbing the No. 2 spot on the small-to-medium companies list, Rally employees praised the company for its highly collaborative culture and emphasis on joint decision-making between management and employees.

According to the results, Rally received an outstanding 96 percent overall rating from its employees and a 100 percent rating in the following categories:

To achieve the rankings, employees were asked to participate in a confidential questionnaire that ranked the company from the perspective of the individual, workgroup and the organization as a whole. In its employee questionnaire, Rally was also recognized for involving employees in identifying and setting the company's quarterly goals, a fun environment that encourages employees to maintain a healthy work/life balance and a commitment to give back to the local community by encouraging employees to donate 1 percent of their time to volunteer work. Another differentiator for employees is how Rally shares in the success when goals are achieved - from company ski days to local concerts.
