Rally-Enabled Partners are a select community of software professionals that maintain trusted relationships with businesses around the world and have the insight to know when Rally is a good fit to meet a company's software development management needs.

Rally partners enjoy a wealth of benefits for cultivating new customer opportunities while leveraging Rally’s hosted products or Agile coaching services to increase the value of their own offerings for planning, building and delivering software that provides immediate business value.

Partner Types

Rally uses two categories to list partners by their primary skill set, Development Partners or Coaching Partners.

Rally-Enabled Development Partners

These are IT strategy, solutions development and systems integration service providers that differentiate themselves by using Agile methods and Rally to plan and implement complex projects with lower risk, greater visibility and faster time-to-value than traditional systems vendors.

Rally-Enabled Coaching Partners

These Agile coaching, training and consulting firms help customers acquire the skills to reliably deliver software in rapid iterations. From public classes to embedding experienced mentors on your team, these experts ensure a client’s successful transition to Agile practices.

Partner Requirements

  • Development partners uses Agile development practices in client engagements
  • Coaching partners have experience mentoring key Agile practices including Scrum, test-driven development, design patterns, re-factoring, continuous integration, etc.
  • Basic internal product training on Rally
  • Periodic sales status and forecasting updates
  • Rally subscription agreement
  • Rally logo and description on partner’s Web site

Partner Benefits

Partners receive marketing, sales and product support that enables them to identify new opportunities and effectively represent Rally to clients. Partners typically offer additional value-added products and services that help companies customize or scale their software development efforts and infrastructure support.

Marketing and Sales Support

  • Lead referrals with partner logo and description on Rally’s partner portal.
  • Dedicated sales rep to assist in account prospecting, planning and sales.
  • Joint press release.
  • Optional participation in Rally field events.

Payments for Customer Referrals

This program compensates partners who leverage their business experience and networks to introduce new customers to Rally's application, but do not want to actively sell Rally and support Rally users. This enables partners to add an extra revenue stream with no cost or effort since Rally manages all sales, provisioning and support activities.

How To Become a Rally-Enabled Partner

You can apply to become a Rally-Enabled Partner by sending an email to partners@rallydev.com. A Rally Partner representative will contact you to explore the match between our companies, exchange portal information and logos, and set up your organization up with licensing, training and support.
