Using Rally will greatly assist you as a developer in: 1) Prioritizing your work, 2) Viewing the team’s status for the iteration, and 3) Identifying defects and failed test cases quickly. Understanding the Rally Interface - The typical pages that you will be using as a developer are 'My Home' and 'Iteration Task Status' screen. Working on Your Tasks - All team members should be working towards getting Tasks "Completed" and the highest priority Requirement "Accepted" prior to moving to the next highest priority Requirement. It is important to update the tasks you are working on to ensure that the team has an up-to-date view of the project status. Fixing Defects (Associated with a Requirement) - Many Agile teams implement a zero-defect mentality. As a developer, fixing high priority Defects as they are opened helps the Agile process proceed smoothly.
